COVID-19 Safety Measures

We have instituted several changes at our clinic to keep Dougans Chiropractic and Optometry a safe environment for our patients and our staff.

These include but are not limited to:

-removing the waiting room, this means that the doctors will come to the clinic entrance and walk you back to their treatment rooms.

-clear plastic around the receptionists desk to preserve social distancing.

-disinfecting before and after each patient.

-masks that will be provided and worn by everyone within the clinic.

-a green light/red light system to tell you when it is okay to enter the clinic.

-a foot plate on the door to make entering the clinic safer with no further need for the handle.

-discouraging the use of Cash within the clinic.

-increased patient visit time so that there is less or no exposure to other patients while at the clinic.

-the doctor may also be wearing a faceshield, safety glasses.

-gloves when used will be changed between each patient.

-hand washing before and after any patient is seen within the clinic.
